Description

A nice way to use the Silver Comet to tour some scenic roads around the Hiram and Dallas areas. Note that the ride length can be reduced down to about 30 miles by simply putting in at Cleburne Pkwy, thereby cutting out most of the SCT miles. However, we should also add that the first 13 or so miles of the trail are some its nicest (and we're all for trading the time spent in your car for miles in the saddle! :)

Additional Notes

The network of roads off the SCT are part of a long-established route known to local riders as the Yellow Loop, and are incorporated here in hopes of introducing them to a broader cycling community. Special thanks is given to atlbike.org for providing detailed cues for the roads off the Silver Comet.
